Stillwell Yoga
I believe in the power of yoga. The practice can gently nourish us when we are depleted, the practice can challenge us when we need a push. The practice builds great strength and stability, while cultivating a supple, resilient nature. The practice becomes a mirror and gives us an opportunity to cultivate patience and persistence, as well as compassion, non-reactivity and self-love. My classes draw on my 25+ years of experience in Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga styles. I teach an alignment-based, breath centered practice that is open to all-levels. Please let me know if you are new to the practice and if you are dealing with any relevant injuries.

Join me for an all-level Vinyasa Flow practice! Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous flow style of yoga that links yoga postures with conscious breathing. Each class is unique and draws on the wide array of hatha yoga postures.

This 60 minute class will awaken your entire body and mind. The practice can be challenging but I teach an accessible class with options/variations for everyone.
Ashtanga Flow

Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing sequence of postures linked with conscious breathing and mental focus. Similar to Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga yoga will build strength, flexibility, balance, energy and mental calm. Ashtanga Yoga is unique as it is a set sequence of postures incorporating sun salutations, standing postures, seated poses, reclining poses and inversions.
This 75 minute class is open to all, though some experience in yoga is suggested.
